Our EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) training sessions provide participants with the insights, skills, and practical techniques needed to foster a more inclusive and considerate workplace.

Our training is based on professional experience working directly in the community at a grassroots level, embedded with lived experience and informed by local knowledge of the diverse individuals we support.

Through increased awareness and actionable strategies, these programs enable teams to embrace diversity, collaborate more effectively, and ensure every individual feels acknowledged and appreciated.

Charities under £1 million	Fee	Notes
T1 consultancy per hour	50	Consultancy includes discussion including follow-up signposting and resources. Topics can include HR, policies, systems, teamwork and dynamics, cultural competency, etc.
T1 group follow-up per hour	70	This is a bolt-on offer to follow-up after structured training, will not be offered in place of the initial training session. Can include offer of 1-1 clinic.
T1 training per hour (for up to 20 people – 1 trainer)	120	Cost per hour in-person and online. Travel expenses will apply as an additional cost.
T1 training per hour (for up to 40 people – 2 trainers)	240	Cost per hour in-person and online. Travel expenses will apply as an additional cost.
